i ahve just joined onlin well need to start somewhere so wish me luck, i really need to do this!!!! feeling positive as just joining got me back out wlking and gardening, the girls love to do both so if it a walk Rory goes in the pram and of we go or we can garden when he sleeps!

I am hopeless in Winter - I just seem to pick all the time - especially when I am preparing meals. Like the saying "little pickers wear big nickers".....lol
Have tried to get back on track but it only last about a day...

Belinda, I joined the Gym, started very good 3 times per week, haven't been feeling 100% so this is just the excuse I need to not go, I went to the doctor and she gave me a script to help and I just happenned to ask at the chemist the cost and they said $102.00 for 30 tabs - I said that is too expensive. (not on PBS list) but apparently they have a very very high success rate and stop the sugar cravings. They are called Duromine for anyone interested.
