I love glimmermisting although I don't get to play around much not enough colours to mix to my liking. I don't normally put anything down like (newspaper etc) as I use the good kitchen table - much to mums horror sometimes as it is hers but it's made from laminate the glossy marble look so I just use the spray and wipe and clean up as I go! Brilliant that table as it doesn't stain - unlike the tiles and grout learnt to miss that...lol...opps new house!

I have only one problem but have learn't to use it so far to my advantage. I get the splatter affect that everyone says from the bubbles but even when hardly any bubble I still get it no matter how long I spray before hitting the paper ARGH! Anyone know how to be rid of this??? I don't shake the bottle either....

You are gorgeous Pamela, this made me laugh. You are so much like me.

How did you go with the watermarking and masking Ames?

Haven't yet tried the watermarking, but had some fun with masking. I'm still doing it on scraps... yet to incorporate it into a project.

I don't have any suggestions, sorry... I actually love the "artsy" effect it gives (it's really what attracted me to give mists a go), so I don't try and prevent it. But that's just me.

I really loved the sample Dawn did for me, but I guess practice makes perfect, with it, I just haven't played enough, look forward to see the masking, guess you can use just about anything...

So I've been mucking around with misting further, experimenting with this and that, and finally had the courage to use it on an actual project (for November KT layout)... it's becoming addictive.
